Silver foil lettering to spine. Pale green endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate pasted on front flyleaf (some removed/residue). The moire silk used for the binding is not colour-fast (TFS stopped using it by 2004) and has the tendency to sun brown. However, this set is only barely sunned, and retains almost all of its original rich green colour. Pages clean, crisp, and bright. Binding strong and square. Boards and spine unblemished (save for the light sunning). The slipcase is bound in green paper and decorated with gilt lettering. It is strong and square with some slight wear/scuffs on the bottom, top, and back. About fine. Item #67849
