Painted by Porras and references her earlier work "Cecilia y los Pajaros" (1954). Porras was an avant-garde painter in Colombia whose work challenged traditional gender roles in Latin America. From the personal collection of Walter Engel (1908-2005), art historian, critic, and collector. Slight staple marks around the edges where it was originally fixed to a wall. No flaking.
