Each volume is illustrated in full colour with 5 to 7 full-page plate drawings and a font cover design by Jonathan Burton. Titles included in the set: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy; The Restaurant at the End of the Universe; Life, the Universe, and Everything, So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish; and Mostly Harmless. First editions, first printings. Generally the set is bright, clean, and crisp. Some residual glue from a removed bookplate on the front flyleaf of each volume. Boards and spines have little to no wear. The slipcases are lightly rubbed and shelf worn. Volume 1 has a minor patch of yellow speckling on the text block edge. Very good. Item #67767
