Hand coloured with outlines. Italian text. Originally published in Albrizzi's "Atlante Novissimo", a two volume atlas of maps by Guillaume Delisle (1675 - 1726) published in 1740/1750. Map appears to be based off Delisle's "Carte du Canada ou de la Nouvelle France," printed in 1703. First edition. Cartouche of a pastoral scene in the upper left corner. Faint centerfold mark. Latitude and longitude lines at ten degree intervals. Laid paper is clean and bright; little to no foxing or age toning. A very good copy. Ref: Kershaw entry 342.. Very good. Item #67686
