Hardcover stab-stitched cloth covered boards with clamshell box. 8vo. Unpaginated (roughly 110 pp). Illustrated with roughly 200 b/w photographs dating from the early 1900s. Sticker on the back board states that the album was manufactured by the Crown Novelty Co in Toronto, 1919. A laid in slip of paper on the front reads: Toronto March 16/97 1/2 B. This album is part of a larger art installation/performance entitled: "Album: A Public Project:" that took place at the Art Gallery of Ontario from May 5, 2011, to December 14, 2012. Artist Max Dean distributed hundreds of found photo albums. This is album 93. A label signed by Dean and numberd appears on the front of the clamshell and the inside front board.
