Gilt title stamped on spine and front board. Sewn-in red ribbon bookmark. Red endpapers. Text block is clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. Boards and spine pristine. The slipcase (black cloth and black leather panels) has some slight wear to the leather panel on the front. Fine condition overall. This copy includes the following laid in ephemera: a letter (Sept. 24, 1990) from Bau-Xi Gallery (Vancouver and Toronto) announcing the sale of the book and an artist signing event on November 10, 1990, at the gallery in Vancouver. a single fold pamphlet advert for the book, and an excised leaf from a Douglas & McIntyre catalogue (ND) showing the book.
