Title and author stamped in gilt on spine. Includes 4 pages of publisher's adverts after the main text. End papers browned. Large fox mark on pages xiv and xv (looks like a piece of newsprint or similar was laid here but is now gone). Edges slightly age toned. Except where noted, the text block is clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. The boards and spine are worn, rubbed, and faded. The spine is sunned dark, and has a chip missing from the tail. Boards bow outwards slightly. Overall a good, workable copy. Good. Item #67326
