Gilt stamped short title on spine. General condition of the text blocks: clean, unmarked and square with a strong binding. Pages are bright. Slight trimming error to the head of volume 4 but no obstruction to the body. General condition of the bindings: slight shelfwear to the edges and lightly bumped corners. General condition of the dustjackets (yellow paper): slight darkening to the spines, with wear along the edges. Volumes 2 and 3 are creased around the top of the spine.
