Hardcover cloth (dark blue) over boards. 8vo. 228 +[8 plates] pp. Illustrated with 8 full colour plate illustrations printed on semi-gloss paper stock. Title stamped in metallic red on spine. Text block is clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. The spine has been bumped by the head, and there is a crease running down the length of it. Slight shelfwear to the edges. Overall a very good copy. An oddity included with is volume - a fake dustjacket. While the ISBN numbers match, the title and author presented on it are a complete fabrication. Seems to be an attempt to recreate the cover of Gonzalez-Wippler's 1975 book "Santeria: African Magic in Latin America. Very good. Item #67186
