The Japanese Print: An Interpretation.

Printed in the USA. Horizon Press. 1967. First edition. Cloth over boards. Hardcover cloth (white) over boards with slipcase. Folio. 144 pp. Illustrated with 32 full colour photographic plate reproductions on high quality white matte paper, including a stunning multiple page fold-out of plates 26-32. Gilt stamped title on front board. Title stamped in red with author and publisher stamped in gilt on the spine. Text block is clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. Spine is a little sunned and faded. Corners are a little fuzzy. Overall the boards are in great condition. The slipcase (yellow paper over card) is worn, rubbed, stained, and chipped. The fold in the right edge is starting to come undone, but is easily repairable. The slipcase has certainly done its job protecting this beautiful copy. Very good. Item #67162
