(6), 320,(10) pp. Illustrated throughout with b/w plate photographs and drawings. Includes three leaves of printer's catalogue before the main text, and 5 leaves of football equipment ads after. Text block side staple bound and is slightly askew, but still strong. Leaves are age browned but free from foxing. Slight wear to the edges. Text block is clean and unmarked. Paper wrap is chipped, with portions missing from the front and back. The front cover has separated from the spine along the hinge and has been repaired with cellophane tape at an unknown date. Spine creased, chipped, and worn. Book kept in protective bag given the nature of its wrapper. A delicate but still readable copy. Fair. Item #67080
