Folio. 728 pp. Illustrated with 606 duotone plate photographs, and 134 b/w line drawings. Translated from the original French into English by Andre Vanden Broeck. The book is clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. It does not appear to have ever been read. The dustjacket (photographic) shows only the tiniest wear to the edges from being removed from its slipcase. The slipcase (photographic paper over boards) however has seen some wear, mostly along the head and foot, and has been bumped at the corners and top of spine. The slipcase overall is strong and square, and its photographs are bright. As new. / Very fine. Item #66976
