Gilt stamped double border on front and back cover. On the spine is the original red leather label, with gilt stamped author and half title, pasted on, as well as a gilt stamped date (1758). Text block is clean and legible, with some darkening along the edges (mostly the head). Leather covers show wear along the edges and a few dark patches. Spine is faded at the top and bottom, with a slight pull distortion at the top. Binding is strong. A good, workable copy that will not fall apart with use. Good. Item #66860
