Volume 1: xix + 165 pp; volume 2: ix + 172 pp. Illustrated with 40 (20 per volume) full colour, tipped in plates. Number 99 out of 2000 copies. Uniform binding. Repeating rose and fleur-de-lis motif stamped in gilt completely covering the front board and the spine. Gilt title stamped on front board and spine. Deckled fore edge. Gilt head. Marbled endpapers. Text blocks are slightly age browned around the edges. Generally clean, unmarked, and square with a strong binding. The boards are a little worn around the edges, and the spines have darkened, but generally both volumes are in good condition. Of note on volume 1 -- there is a small crack at the top of the front hinge, and there are two small white stains (one at the top of the spine and one on the upper part of the fore edge).
