A wonderfully clean bright copy, with binding cracked, but firm; some faint spotting to rear board, and erasure of previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Publisher's introduction states: "It is now nearly forty years since Mr. Lambkin made his first bow". The book was originally published in 1844. Very Good. Item #25002
